Chris Pollino (Past Speaker)

Chris Pollino joined Genentech’s Executive Talent Development Group in 2007. His responsibilities include managing the succession and talent management process and executive assessment and coaching. Prior to joining Genentech, Chris was a Vice-President and General Manager for Personnel Decisions International (PDI). At PDI, he was responsible for leading the San Francisco Operating Office and also consulted in a variety of areas including executive assessment, coaching, and 360 feedback. Prior to PDI, Chris held a number of positions in Human Resources, Finance, and Operations in organizations across a variety of industries. Chris holds a B.S. degree from Babson College, an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
